Located on floors 52 and 53 of the Address Sky View Hotel, the observatory offers an unforgettable experience for Dubai residents and visitors. The panoramic glass elevator will lift you over 219.5 meters high to join the activity.
On the 52nd floor, you will discover a glass path extending over 46 meters, surrounded by large windows allowing you to enjoy a spectacular view of the fabulous skyline and the glittering city of Dubai.

Skyviews Observatory & Vertigo Walk
In addition to the observatory visit described above, you will be able to enjoy a bird’s eye view of the city and Burj Khalifa.
The Vertigo Walk is one of Dubai’s most exciting attractions and the first of its kind in the region. It is the highest walk in the city, on a ledge that surrounds the top of the tower’s main pod, more than 219.5 meters above the ground – without windows or other protective barriers but secured by a harness.
